【Kitakagaya】M@M (Morimura@Museum)

Morimura@Museum (M@M), dedicated to the work of artist Morimura Yasumasa, marks the milestone of its 10th exhibition, Others by Me, Me by Others. Morimura, renowned for photographic self-portraits in which he transforms himself into historical figures and characters from paintings, presents works in which he (“me”) embodies figures such as Albert Einstein and Marilyn Monroe (“others”). These are displayed alongside painters’ and photographers’ (“others”) portrayals of Morimura (“me”) himself.
