eitoeiko

Founded in 2009 in Kagurazaka, Tokyo, eitoeiko presents a program of curated exhibitions while also organizing and producing projects both within Japan and internationally. Alongside its in-house shows, it collaborates with artists and institutions to develop exhibitions in diverse contexts, expanding dialogue across cultural and geographic boundaries. eitoeiko has featured a wide range of contemporary practices, and past exhibiting artists include Daisaku Oozu, Okamoto Mitsuhiro, and Ryoko Kimura, among others. Through these activities, it aims to foster critical engagement with contemporary art and to create opportunities for artists to present new work to varied audiences, maintaining an ongoing commitment to experimentation, exchange, and thoughtful presentation.
