Lai Ko-Wei's works often involve the use of molds to create pieces predominantly in ceramics and plastics. Through material transformations, extensive physical labor, and the collection of materials, Lai explores the blurred boundaries between space, dimension, value, identity, and systems. By delving into the contradictory relationships within states, the artist attempts to open up ambiguous imaginings.

Der-Horng Art Gallery

Founded in 1993, Der-Horng Art gallery is a contemporary art gallery base in Tainan, Taiwan. We work with artist from Taiwan and abroad.We regularly hold exhibitions of paintings, prints, photography, sculptures, street art and experimental arts. We believe art does not limit itself in categories or materials. We discover talented artist, and we provide curatorial assistance to our represented artist to exhibitions abroad. We hold lectures in Tainan to provide professional insights of different fields of arts.
