I am interested in the position people occupy within the world surrounding them, their bodies, space, time, light, and the perspectives and movements of people shaped by the arrangement of objects. I am also interested in the nature of things and how people engage with them. Using materials such as mirrors, hourglasses, neon lights, bird feathers, and mosquito coils, I continue to present my work through sculptural forms, objects, and installations. In 2025, I formed the unit “Antitail” with Hashimoto Tomoko.

Gallery Information
+1art
A gallery renovated from an old Nagaya in the Karahori area where the scenery of the Meiji and Showa eras remains. In addition to so-called works of art, we continue to try to broaden the boundaries of art by collaborating with different fields such as sound, language, and biology, and by making the space outside the gallery a venue.
