Artworks of the finest quality, displays that engage the mind and delight the eye, all in a grand hotel dominating the cityscape, welcome to Art Osaka 2013. Having reached its 11th edition, Art Osaka will open the doors to its visitors on 19 (preview), 20 and 21 July at Hotel Granvia, only steps away from the JR Osaka Station central entrance.

The success of the event is fairly due to its convenience: 50 galleries from all over Japan and abroad gather in one place to show their best works. Instead of having to travel to the gallery’s doorsteps, visitors are invited to amble from one hotel room to another and take pleasure in becoming owners of some of the most sophisticated artworks on view in Japan. In the private space of a hotel fair, artists and gallery owners are near at hand, looking forward to informal conversation with their customers.

Art Osaka also has a strong reputation for the quality of the exhibition design, which makes possible experiences that inform, entertain and inspire. This is an event perfect for all those of you passionate about contemporary art, those of you adding art to your lives, and we owe you the joy we feel when organizing each new edition of Art Osaka.
